Further
to our election bulletin on 13/05/2012 on eligible Panel
nominations for various committee positions for
the
year 2012-2013, please note the following:
1.
The elections will be conducted on 18/05/2012 from
0900Hrs. to 1700 Hrs.(Lunch break 1300 -1400
Hrs).
2.
Three polling centers are arranged for voting at
following locations: One at ABUHALIFA Second one
at SALMIYA
and third at FARWANIYA at the address
given below (Route Maps attached for
reference):

Notes:
Ø In
case of any further clarification on location respective
election committee or TKS Committee members may be
contacted.
Ø It
is preferred that Members cast their vote from their
respective residence locations (as mentioned above) to
avoid
delays in verification process.
Ø Members
are requested not to gather outside the polling venue in
large numbers and should leave the polling venue
after
casting their votes.
3. There are two
panels in the election process (as given below) and the
ballot paper is designed for casting vote to
any one
panel.
